So many times in life and business we sub-consciously aim for perfection. But I had a huge realisation a few years back that excellence is what we should be intentionally aiming for.

Perfection is really never achievable, even for extended periods. Perfection becomes a mental block, a barrier. It’s something we try to align with the picture of perfection in our minds.

Excellence, taps into the heart so when you do things with excellence, you know you are always giving your best. And that’s enough.

So if we are living out God’s purpose for our lives day in day out, and the way we act and do business contributes to an authentic life in line with God’s plans, then we also have a responsibility for excellence.

It’s excellence that makes you stand out in a crowd. It’s excellence that encourages you to keep growing, to keep learning, to upskill and work on the areas that need work. It’s excellence that stands out, and keeps the clients and customers coming back to you over and over again. It’s excellence that has people referring you onto their friends.

Don’t aim for perfection, aim for excellence. The outcome will always be your best.

Mighty Deborah, as I was praying for you this morning I felt such an overwhelming sense of the Father’s love over you and how proud He is of you!

I heard Him say “Look at My Daughters! Look at their feet! My Daughters have been pressed and crushed in this season. They have endured the most severe winter season they have ever walked through in their entire lives and yet they have clung onto Me. My Daughters have remained in Me and contended for My promises! Look at their feet Daughter! Wherever their feet will tread will bring MY GLORY!”

Mighty Deborah! Father God sees you! He has seen every moment of this winter season! He has seen every tear! He has heard every prayer! He has been there in the pressing and the crushing! He has heard the silent cry of your heart in every moment when you have wanted to give up! He’s been there through it all! He is so SO proud of you! You are making it through! It was not in vain. For the oil and glory is worth the price you have paid! It is time to walk forward! It is time to be GOD’S GLORY CARRIERS on the earth! Take that step forward and know that wherever your feet tread will bring God’s glory!

Our theme for The Deborah Conference for 2022 is ‘Impacting Nations’ and as I was reflecting on this theme and seeking God’s heart for a word of encouragement for His Mighty Deborahs, I heard Him say this;

“Tell My Daughters to ASK ME for the Nations! There are Nations that are waiting to be assigned and reassigned”

I immediately felt the weight of this invitation to ‘ASK’ for the Nations and then a thought followed after that, “Wait, there are nations that are waiting to be assigned and reassigned Lord?”

There is so much happening in and around the world today and there would be prayers like incense arising into the Throne Room of God every second of the day. I believe this invitation to ASK FOR THE NATIONS is for specific prayer assignments for every one of His nations across the globe! There are Nations that are awaiting their Prayer Mantles to be picked up afresh. There are new Decrees over certain Nations that need to be made. There are Watchmen that have grown weary and are waiting for fellow Watchmen to take their place. There are Nations that are yet to be asked for and covered in prayer. There are Nations you haven’t heard of yet that He is about to assign to you if you only ask!

As we pray and prepare for TDC 2022, we know that God is calling us into great things for His glory that will have a Global Influence and Impact the Nations.

Let’s never underestimate the power of prayer that will tend to and soften the very soil of where God wants to bring a fresh impact!
