Maree Cutler-Naroba is a multi-passionate entrepreneur who loves to serve people through the gifts and talents God has placed in her hands.

Maree has a comprehensive employment and business background in a number of diverse roles from employment coach, vocational tutor, business lecturer, academic adviser, child protection researcher, trainer and lawyer, business teacher, school principal, conference producer, curriculum and assessment designer, quality assurance adviser, program facilitator, business consultant and project manager.

Along with her 30+ years teaching, training, coaching, management and leadership experience, Maree has tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Teaching, Training, Career Development and Law. She is a qualified teacher (Secondary School) and Lawyer, who is an admitted Legal Practitioner (not currently practicing) in New Zealand and Australia (South Australia and Northern Territory).

Two of Maree’s key qualities are her initiative and drive. She is proactive and sees challenges and problems as opportunities to find solutions and ways to strategically move forward. Her work, business and project roles have involved building collaborative and long-term relationships with numerous stakeholders in the education, legal, business, and community sectors.

For over 15 years, Maree has run her own coaching and consulting businesses. She founded The Deborah Business Education Hub in June 2020, the next chapter to The Deborah Conference, which she started in 2017 (Judges 5:12 Awake O Deborah, Awake. Awakening Christian Women Entrepreneurs to Shift the Course of History). 

In 2019, Maree founded Women Echo Him Collective, a global community of women who put the ‘trumpet’ to their lips prophetically praying and declaring God’s heartbeat over towns, cities and nations (Hosea 8:1 Put the trumpet to your lips). 

Maree is from New Zealand and moved with her husband, Fijian-born Tevita, to Australia in 2010.

Maree delights most in being able to champion WOMEN, especially those who for whatever reason find themselves in a marginalised and disadvantaged position, to turn their God-breathed dreams into reality. Of equal delight to Maree, is her call to advocate for the protection of CHILDREN from child abuse and neglect.

The Barnabas Legacy Children’s Dream Foundation is a legally registered Ugandan Not for Profit Organisation. BLCDF is a Christian Child Care Ministry that looks after 250+ vulnerable, orphaned and needy children in Katunda Village, Jinja, Uganda. Nic Henry Jones is a purpose-driven creative visionary, passionate about ‘unlocking potential’ in every context she finds herself in. Her 15+ years of experience in running a Business Marketing & Training Company at Market Me Marketing Australia, and her identifying, implementing and leading various levels of change in businesses and organisations of varying sizes, working with hundreds of brands & individuals, and over 200 speaking engagements and workshops, positions her with a unique understanding and insight into what is required take an Individual, a Business, a Movement and an Organisation from good to exceptional, truly succeeding in the outworking of core purpose all while pursuing exponential growth.

Nic is highly passionate about people, purpose, business, change and community. An Entrepreneur, Business Strategist and Thought Leader, Educator, Keynote Presenter, Coach, two-time Author of ‘The Christian Entrepreneur’, and ‘Your Life Your Masterpiece‘ and passionate about meeting Individuals, Businesses, Movements and Organisations where they are at, and strategically moving them to where they need to be.

Nic was a Board Member on the Hills School Board for over 4 years played an active role in the community, sitting on and chairing a number of working committees.  Nic also supports Teen Challenge on a strategic marketing and communications level via Committees and working groups when required.  She now takes that experience and supports Barnabas Legacy and Agape Star Christian School as a Board member, team support member, and assists with all things communication.

In February 2021, Nic was appointed as the General Manager of the Deborah Business Education Hub after being on the core team for 5 years driving the vision, outworking the strategy, and implementing everything required to bring all that The Deborah Conference and greater Business Education Hub are to life globally.

Marianne Petersen is a pioneer, visionary, speaker, passionate creative, kingdom entrepreneur and mentor. Together with her husband and two children she resides in Melbourne, Australia. Alongside hand stamping prophetic jewellery, Marianne leads and mentors a beautiful community of faith-filled women. Her heart is to see women grow in their intimacy with Jesus and her mandate is to activate, mentor and mobilise women to walk in the fullness of their identity and purpose unapologetically.

Marianne has had the honour of speaking at Women’s Conferences, Healing Retreats, Camps and Gatherings within Australia and the Philippines. She has been blessed to preach and teach within a local church context. Her heart is to see people experience the Father’s heart, encounter Jesus and be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit. She is known as a prophetic and heart-felt messenger who captures the heartbeat of Heaven, bringing a kairos word to uplift, strengthen and encourage people in every season.

In August 2021, Marianne Petersen was appointed as an Ambassador of The Deborah Conference. Marianne has been an outstanding speaker at TDC’s conferences and has been led by God to connect into the vision and heart of all that the Deborah Conference is mandated to outwork across the nations.  Marianne is the Founder of Kairos Creative Studio and Mentoring with Marianne.
